2016 APBD Discussion Has Been Published

As a form of transparency and openness, Jakarta citizens can monitor discussion process of 2016 City Budget (APBD). Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama stated that all of the discussion has been published through open data in Jakarta Smart City.

"I think it's already opened. So citizens don't need to worry, the crossed out numbers are added thus they could be followed on our open data," he said, Monday (12/14).

KUA-PPAS Discussion Must Be Finished Today, Council Say

 

His party has swept the budget within 11 nights and succeeded to save more than Rp 4 trillion. Next year, He will multiply programs for flat construction.

 

"I think the saving is getting better. We're about to construct more flats," he told.

 

Regarding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of the General Policy for City Budget's Priorities and the Tentative Budget Platform (KUA-PPAS), he explained, can be signed today. After the signatory, it will be held plenary meeting on the next day. It is hoped to be faster.

 

"Tomorrow, plenary meeting regarding 2016 Draft City Budget will be held," he explained.

 

As the schedule set by Jakarta Legislative Council's Forum Board (Bamus), on December 21, the City Budget will be ratified.
